Share your own experience

Submit honest accounts of places you personally experienced and select your own ratings. Do not impersonate another person, invent a stay, copy another person's review without permission, post threats, expose private contact details or access codes, or upload unlawful material. Identify material connections such as employment by a property or an incentive for your review. Critical and positive reviews follow the same rules.

Your content and permission

You retain ownership. By submitting, you grant RentorNah a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce and display your submission on the service, process photos for safe display, and perform necessary technical formatting. You confirm you have the rights needed for this permission. We will not attribute generated ratings or invented experiences to you. We may remove prohibited information or ask you to revise; we do not rewrite your opinion.

Publication and moderation

Submissions generally appear without individual preapproval. Residence and factual claims are not independently verified unless expressly stated. Visitors may report content. We review reports and may restrict spam, unlawful material, privacy violations, impersonation, infringement or manipulation. A negative opinion alone is not grounds for removal, and paying us does not change ratings or buy removal. Use the feedback form to request review of a moderation decision.

Ratings and stay dates

Community scores reflect the ratings submitted here. Reviews are sorted by optional move-in month, newest first; missing move-in dates appear last. Posting dates are retained internally, not displayed. School email or other identity checks, if added later, do not by themselves prove residence.

Copyright concerns

Use Report a problem to identify the work, affected content, your contact details and your authority to act. RentorNah has not registered a DMCA designated agent and does not claim that registration or guaranteed safe-harbor protection. Copyright inquiries are received privately through the feedback form.

Property representatives

Register only for a property you are authorized to represent. Claims require independent manual review before official replies are enabled. Replies are identified separately from resident reviews. Property accounts cannot modify resident ratings, delete resident reviews or access reviewer IP addresses or private contact information. Do not reveal identifying resident details in a reply. Approval may be revoked if authority ends or the account violates these rules.

Maps and business inquiries

Maps and commute estimates are provided through Google when configured and are subject to Google Maps terms. Estimates are not guaranteed and may exclude parking, building access and travel to the classroom. Business inquiries express interest only; co-brokerage, listing broadcasts and transaction tools are in development. No brokerage representation, commission agreement or transaction service is created by submitting an inquiry.
